\u201c In 2018, we bought what we thought would be our forever home in Billingham; it seemed huge at 2400sq ft when compared to our former leased offices at Hartlepool Innovation Centre. We literally thought, \u2018We\u2019ll never fill it!\u2019 So by the end of last year, we had utilised every inch of space and needed somewhere bigger! At close to 10,000sq ft, the new building will give us the chance to expand.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201c The building is in parts almost derelict; it’s obvious it’s not been well loved. We want to transform the place into a state-of-the-art office building. I know in my mind’s eye what I want to see, but think the scope is beyond my creativity. Hence I\u2019m now reaching out to the country’s top interior designers. I want the wow factor! Something that brings together style and function. Somewhere both staff and customers can come too and really enjoy the experience.\u201d Stated Ian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u201cIt\u2019s a true blank canvas.
